"Middle East markets are developing in maturity and are rapidly broadening the range of investment products available for managers to select."
The office in Dubai was opened in July 2006. Apex was the first administration services company to be authorised by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and to open its own office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Since that time, fund managers have had to broaden their outlook to take account of investor's requirements from outside the region; specifically taking account of more robust fund structures, greater transparency and investment discipline.
Apex strongly believes that this trend is likely to continue with a continual push for greater transparency and accountability. Being located in the heart of the activity and combined with our global reach, Apex is able to advise its clients on how to keep ahead of best practice developments.
As the Middle Eastern markets continue to develop and mature the range of investment products available to managers is broadening and in the future managers will be able to develop more sophisticated strategies to take advantage of these opportunities.
Located in the same time zone, working the regional week and having the ability to accept Arabic documents are enhancements to Apex's ability to deliver superior service levels.
