Apex offices win "Best Fund Administrator" awards; further international growth planned

LONDON: Apex Fund Services Ltd ("Apex"), the international fund administration firm, is
delighted to announce that its offices in Bahrain, Dubai and Bermuda received 'Best Fund
Administrator' at the recent Provider Awards arranged by FundDomiciles.com.

Apex's offices in Ireland, Isle of Man and Malta were also short listed for the same category.
The key critieria for the awards included; financial performance, growth of assets and funds,
client satisfaction and innovation.

Apex has a proven track record in all of these areas having taken in over 100 new clients
during 2009, increased the value of assets under administration to $10 billion and launched its
emerging and start up fund manager service enabling fund managers to begin trading quickly,
cost-effectively and without administrative hurdles.

During 2009 Apex also strengthened its management team and was successful in recruiting
Jason Bibb. Jason was formerly managing director of ISIS Fund Services prior to this he was
Director and North American Chief Operating Officer of Citigroup Alternative Investments.
Apex now has 13 offices across the globe and has plans to launch into new territories during
the first half of 2010.
