Jason Bibb joins Apex Fund Services as Global Head of Business Development

LONDON: Apex Fund Services Ltd ("Apex"), the international fund administration firm, announces that Jason Bibb has joined the Company as Global Head of Business Development. Jason will lead the firm’s expansive sales and marketing activities and drive development of the business across its new and existing territories.

With over $10 billion of assets under administration Apex services its clients through 13 offices across the globe. In the last year alone Apex has taken in over 100 new clients. The firm plans to launch into new territories during the first half of 2010 to service its clients with local expertise, and Jason will take on responsibility for driving business development in these key regions. Apex plans to double its assets under administration by 2011.

Jason brings over 15 years of investment management and fund administration experience to Apex. He has worked in onshore and offshore domiciles, building an expert knowledge of
investment, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, legal and client management within a wide range of investment products and funds.

Jason joins Apex from ISIS Fund Services where he was Managing Director. Prior to founding ISIS, Jason was a Director and North American Chief Operating Officer of Citigroup Alternative Investments and also held the position of North American Product Head. He previously worked at Martin Currie Investment Management, a specialist investment management business, in active equity management.

Apex’s client base consists of hedge fund, long only and private equity managers, ranging in size from start-up operations to global businesses. The firm services a variety of alternative investment products such as real estate, private equity, venture capital, commodities and hedged and absolute strategies. The firm provides the full suite of products and services, including fund set up, portfolio valuations, fund accounting, shareholder services, corporate secretarial administration, directorships and listing sponsorship.
