The Apex office in the US was opened in June 2008. Recently the US has been right at the front line of the financial bust and blowups such as Madoff. Without doubt we are entering an era when investors are demanding greater transparency and clearer valuations over hard to price investments.

What shape the increase in regulation will take remains very unclear but more regulation is clearly on the horizon. Apex fills this void.
