 Office Manager:

• Report directly to the managing director
• Ensure efficient day to day running of the office 
• Make arrangements with suppliers and partners 
• Make clients feel welcome 
• Flexibility to assist in broad aspects of business
• Flexible working may be possible

 Applicants must possess:

• Exceptional organisational skills 
• Positive, mature manner with clients and suppliers
• Numerate with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills  
• Experience in managing conflicting demands in a busy professional office based business
• Experience of working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
