Previously, he was chief financial officer and chief compliance officer for two private equity and one SEC -registered investment advisor that had investment programmes including hedge funds, FoHFs and SPACs. Vincent has 20 years of experience as a financial professional. He started his accounting career at Deloitte & Touche.
